Each Round, A Fresh Start

Each round is a 10-day experience your child can be part of.

9 Activity days - 1 Closing ceremony

The closing of each round is a celeberation of children and their creativity where friends and family members are invited to IVS campus. These are held in the evening due to weather conditions.

Round 1 Monday, June 1 – Friday, June 12, 2026
Round 2 Monday, June 15 – Tuesday, June 30, 2026
(Includes Ashura days)
Round 3 Monday, July 6 – Friday, July 17, 2026
Round 4 Monday, July 20 – Friday, July 31, 2026

Special Offers

An Early Bird and Sibling Discount of 10% will be available on two or more courses selected per child per round.

15% discount on total fee is applicable to IVS community i.e. children of faculty, staff, alumni and siblings of currently enrolled undergraduate students and CEP participants.

Registration & Payment

All registrations are online. Payments can be made through the following methods:

  • Submit your payment while filling out the online form

  • Pay using a PayPro challan

  • Pay via debit or credit card

  • Pay in cash at Al Meezan Bank (TCS branch) by submitting your PayPro challan along with the fee amount

Everything You Need to Know

    • Upload passport-size photo + parent CNIC

    • Add a reachable emergency contact

    • Check phone & email (confirmation via SMS + email)

    • One course per time slot only

    • Pre-select future rounds (June–July)

    • No discount is applicable on the enrollment of a single course.

    • Save a screenshot of your schedule

    • Courses may be cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances

    • Courses with fewer than 5 registrations may not run (alternative will be offered)

    • Course transfer/change allowed only within 2 days of round start

    • No immediate refunds during program

    • Refund requests can be submitted in August 2026 via email

    • Processing time: 10–15 days

    • 10% processing fee applies

    • All materials provided by IVS

    • Send water bottle, tissues, and lunch/lunch money

    • Arrive 15 minutes early on Day 1

    • Save your schedule and bring ID card for pickup

    • For any changes, visit CEP office

    • Pick up children on time

    • Parents can wait in cafeteria or library only (no classroom access)

    • Children will be escorted and must stay supervised

    • Phones for coordination only (no use during class)

    • Avoid calling during sessions

    • Misuse of phones may lead to confiscation
